Grant Junior Pacers Vision
Guide the youth of this Sacramento, California community in developing values, attitudes and skills for their personal growth and that of their community. Encourage our young athletes to embrace the concepts of competition, integrity and fairness.

Mission
The Grant Junior Pacers organization, in its commitment to training and instructing our youth toward a better tomorrow, will work in partnership with the entire community and its benefactors to assure equity and to provide services, opportunities and leadership necessary to establish and maintain quality community athletic programs. The Grant Junior Pacers will be responsible for establishing a climate which:

1. Fosters the partnership between academics and athletics.
2. Provides an effective drug awareness program.
3. Promotes the values of f youth athletics.
4. Explores a variety of avenues leading to financial support.
5. Promotes educational programs for persons involved in athletics.
